Our concept
What is "glamping"?
Glamping, short for " glamorous camping ," is a type of tourist accommodation in the heart of nature, combining comfort with respect for the environment. Our guests come to us for the peace and quiet, nature, and comfort, and they respect our planet.

Do you have pitches for tents, caravans or motorhomes?
No, our estate consists solely of permanent, isolated 4-season accommodations (chalets, ecolodges, cabins, cottages, suites). We offer 30 accommodation plots and a glamping cottage, plus 46 year-round resident pitches in the residential village area.
Is glamping accessible to people with reduced mobility?
All our common areas are accessible to people with reduced mobility : restrooms, meeting room, covered playground, swimming pool, parking lot, as well as all our pathways. However, we do not currently have any accommodation specifically adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Is glamping suitable for young children and babies?
Yes, our site is particularly suitable for families with young children:
- - 100% pedestrian area , therefore no traffic-related hazards
- - Paddling pool, playground and mini-farm to discover
- - Accommodations equipped with a family toilet (no adapter needed)
- - Mini-golf, table tennis, chess and giant Connect Four games suitable for all ages
Baby beds and chairs are available for hire at €10 per stay subject to availability, please request when booking.
Booking and stay
What are the opening periods for glamping?
Glamping is open from the first day of the Easter holidays to the first Sunday in October .
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival : between 3 pm and 8 pm, with valet service to transport your luggage to your accommodation. For arrivals after 8 pm, please let us know: we will explain the self-check-in procedure on the day.
Departure : until 10am. Late departure options at 11am for €10 and at 12pm for €20 (subject to availability).
What is the arrival process like at the glamping site?
Upon arrival, you should check in at the reception desk. for check-in. Our team then accompanies you to your car parked in the parking lot, loads your luggage into our electric golf cart with trailer and drops you off directly in front of your accommodation (our concept being 100% pedestrian).
During and at the end of your stay, wheelbarrows are available in the parking lot for you to transport your shopping or luggage independently.
Can I book multiple accommodations at the same time?
Yes, while respecting the peace and quiet of the area, especially after 10 pm. When searching for accommodations, click on "accommodations" and indicate the number of rooms you wish to book.
Do you accept groups?
We welcome groups who share our concept of peace and nature (extended families, reunions, respectful groups of friends). Noisy events, festive hen/stag parties, and late-night gatherings are not compatible with our site.
For company or association meetings and seminars, we have a fully equipped 196 m² meeting room. More information is available on our Meeting Rooms page .
I would like to book during the summer holidays. What are the durations?
During the summer holidays, the stays are:
- - from Friday to Friday for the Samoa cottages and the Manyara ecolodges
- - Saturday to Saturday for other accommodations
Some shorter availability slots may be unlocked at the last minute, depending on availability. Please feel free to contact us.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodations?
No, all our accommodations are non-smoking . An ashtray is provided in each accommodation for smokers wishing to smoke on the terrace.
Accommodation and equipment
Are bed linen, duvets and towels provided?
Yes, all necessary linen is provided and included in the price :
- Sheets, duvets and pillowcases laid out on each bed, ready to be put in place
- One large bath towel and one bath mat per person
- A kitchen towel
You don't need to bring anything for sleeping or personal hygiene!
What kitchen equipment is available?
All the kitchens in our accommodations are equipped:
- Cooktop
- Microwave
- Standard filter coffee maker
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Fridge
- Complete set of dishes for the number of people expected
Each accommodation also has a wall-mounted hairdryer and a family-sized toilet bowl (convenient for young children, no adapter needed).
Is there Wi-Fi on the property?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and unlimited throughout the entire property , in accommodations as well as in common areas.
Animals
Do you accept pets?
Glamping does not allow any animals. We already have a small farm with goats, chickens, and sheep. Pheasants and deer sometimes wander about in the early morning. This is as much a matter of peace and quiet as it is of safety and hygiene.
Activities, swimming pool and mini-farm
What are the opening dates of the aquatic area?
The aquatic area is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM throughout the glamping season. The swimming pool and spa (hot tub) are indoors and heated. The solarium and paddling pool are outdoors.
Is access to the swimming pool and activities included in the stay?
Yes, access to the swimming pool and all the activities on the property is fully included in the price of your stay :
- Mini-golf, table tennis, archery, pétanque
- Home Ball (football/hand), Vhole Ball (badminton/volleyball)
- Giant foosball, chess and Connect Four
- Fitness tent
- Mini-farm to observe
- Path to the beach, access to the Ponto woods
Mini-golf : practice is free. We rent equipment on site (a club, a ball and a scorecard) for €3 per person.
Can we enter the enclosures of the mini-farm?
For everyone's safety, the enclosures are not accessible to visitors, but the animals can be observed very closely from the surrounding area.
The mini-farm also serves as a fun compost : during your stay, you can give the chickens and goats some food scraps (details provided in the digital welcome booklet).
Is it possible to have a barbecue on the property?
Yes, several solutions:
- Bring your own barbecue or rent ours for €8 for the duration of your stay.
- Kota Grill : Traditional wooden cabin dedicated to convivial barbecues (reservations on site)
- Free communal fire pit
Restoration
Is there a restaurant on site?
We do not offer a permanent catering service, but:
- a bar with a pool table on the premises, serving appetizer platters
- several food trucks every week in the summer
- Snacks in the form of local jars produced by La Chickolodenn (Carantec)
Several dozen restaurants are also located within a 10-minute drive, between Binic and Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
Do you offer a breakfast service?
Yes, we offer breakfast baskets that can be ordered during your stay. More information is available on our Activities and Services page .
Payments, taxes and conditions
What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit card : via our secure Payzen form at terre-mer.info/reglement-cb . Remember to include your booking number (starting with P) and your name in the payment description.
- Bank transfer : IBAN FR76 1380 7005 4161 1217 1504 411 - BIC CCBPFRPPNAN. Please include your booking number and name in the payment details. The recipient of the transfer must be either "Glamping Terre & Mer" or "SARL TROPICAL".
- ANCV holiday vouchers (paper) : to be sent by registered mail with return receipt to ""Glamping Terre & Mer - 15 rue de la Ville-es-Rouxel - 22680 BINIC-ETABLES-SUR-MER"".
- ANCV Connect holiday vouchers : offered during your booking via the secure form. For the balance or other payment options, please contact us by phone.
- Cash : only on site, never by mail.
We do not accept VACAF vouchers.
When do I need to pay the balance of my stay?
The balance is due 30 days before your arrival . You will automatically receive an email from us indicating that it is time to pay, along with the various payment methods available to you.
What is the amount of the tourist tax?
Tourist taxes are €0.66 per adult per day , payable upon arrival.
Is a deposit required? What are the cancellation conditions?
A 30% deposit is required upon booking. Full conditions (cancellation, modification, etc.) are detailed in our general terms and conditions of sale .
Access and location
How to get here by car?
One of Brittany's many advantages: the toll motorway stops at its borders. Once inside, you can drive freely on free expressways.
- From Paris : approximately 4 hours 30 minutes journey time
- From Rennes and Brest : 1 hour 15 minute drive
- From Nantes : 2h15

How to get here by train or bus?
The nearest train and bus station is Saint-Brieuc , located at:
- 1 hour from Brest
- 2 hours 17 minutes from Paris
- 5 hours from Brussels
Upon arrival at Saint-Brieuc train station, the bus station is nearby. The BreizhGo bus line no. 201 (Saint-Brieuc → Paimpol) stops 500 meters from the glamping site at the "rue Pasteur" stop. Details are available at breizhgo.bzh .
From the "rue Pasteur" stop, it's a 500m walk. Head in the direction where the bus continues; After 200-300 meters, turn left (signs "Glamping Terre & Mer"). Take the pedestrian gate (shorter) where it is indicated "entrance 50 m" to arrive in front of the reception.
How far is the beach?
Moulin beach is 600m away, an 8-minute walk along a footpath not shown on Google Maps. From there, you can join the coastal path (GR34) which runs along the entire Goëlo coast.
How many parking spaces are there? Are electric vehicle charging stations available?
The glamping site has 47 parking spaces on site. As our concept is pedestrian-oriented, vehicles remain in the parking lot and wheelbarrows are available for transporting your luggage.
Two charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the parking lot.
